| Please understand that the color of marble does vary - we cannot guarantee that the marble you receive will exactly match our images. We do guarantee that it will be the type of marble stated in our description. Marble color varies widely from the same quarry and even the same vein - this is one of the characteristics of marble that makes it so attractive. |
| If in doubt about marble colors order a sample before making your purchase! We stock tesserae samples of all the marble types used in our products. |
| If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned to us under the following conditions: |
| 1. The color isn't what was expected - We will refund your purchase price if the product is insured and returned to us shipping prepaid and received by us in good condition within 10 days. We do not refund the original shipping cost that you paid. Restocking charges of 25 percent of your purchase price will apply if our samples were not ordered from us before your purchase is made. |
| 2. If the construction is defective or the item is damaged in shipping we will either repair the damage or refund your payment. We do have marble in stock that can be used to easily repair most products if necessary. Shipping damage must be reported to the delivering agent - inspect your item promptly! We do our best to be certain your purchase arrives safely and have invested a considerable amount of time perfecting our packaging. |
| 3. Custom designs and marble substitutions are expertly reproduced by our factory to your specifications. There is a certain amount of risk undertaken by both parties with custom orders and we will assume responsibility only for manufacturing errors we were responsible for. Be certain that the specifications supplied to us are correct and be sure to carefully inspect the CAD drawings we return to you for your approval. |
