| Due to the storage costs involved and our already low prices we usually do not discount products that we have in stock - discounts are only applied to products that are ordered from our factories. Average lead time that is required is 8-10 weeks for standard and custom products. Expedited import and delivery services are available from our factory to your customers' door. |
| Discounts of 10-50 percent are based on the retail price of the products and frequency of orders. In order for us to offer the best pricing showrooms and contractors should maintain some stock of our most popular products. |
| Sample boards of all products are available at a modest price - we will work with you to design and manufacture displays to your specifications. |
