| Products that are not in stock and all custom products are ordered from our factory. Combined factory orders are generally placed on a monthly basis at the end of every month. Orders may also be placed immediately if the quantity is large enough. |
| Factory orders generally take 8-10 weeks to receive from the time the order is placed. There is no way to expedite factory orders with the exception of air freight services which include customs and factory to door delivery at additional cost. In most cases products shipped with air freight are received in 1-2 weeks. This may only be practical for some mosaic products due to the weight. |
| Retail orders may be subject to additional discounts from our posted prices based on the order quantity and product type. The discount amount is always determined on an individual basis and not applicable to minimum order quantities. |
| We use different services for shipping our products and select the most affordable and with the least transit time. Large orders may ship with truck freight and may be shipped from either Long Beach, CA or Norfolk, VA whichever is closest. All Mosaic and Designer Series sheets cost an additional $2.00 per SF for shipping.
